Service Description

Nitro Compress provides automated image compression and optimization services via API for WordPress websites.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload images you own or have rights to process
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Respect rate limits and quotas (10,000 images/day for free tier)
• Not attempt to abuse or exploit the service

Service Limits

• Free Tier: 10,000 images per day, 50MB max file size
• Rate Limiting: API requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse
• File Types: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF only

Service Availability

We provide the service "as is" with no uptime guarantees. While we strive for 99%+ uptime, we are not liable for service interruptions.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee compression ratios, processing times, or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost or corrupted images (maintain backups)
• Service downtime or interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
